BTS Jin Drops His Solo The Astronaut With Coldplay Ahead Of Military Enlistment

Jin’s most-awaited solo has finally dropped, and the BTS ARMY is going all gaga over it. The official music video of ‘The Astronaut’ finally landed on the internet on Friday, 28 October. BTS’s Jin and Coldplay have co-written the five-minute-long rock-pop song. It is the final project that Jin is going to work on before enlisting for his mandatory military service.

The solo single ‘The Astronaut’ was released across several streaming platforms only ten days after BTS’s announcement of their mandatory military enlistment.

BTS ARMY is going gaga over the lyrics, rhythm, as well as visuals of their beloved Worldwide Handsome Jin. Produced by Bill Rahko and Kygo, the song is about sharing love as the singer says, “When I’m with you, there is no one else / I get heaven to myself.”

While announcing BTS’s military enlistment, the label company had already mentioned that Jin would be the first one to do so, and he will move ahead with the procedures after releasing his solo.

The song is now put on several streaming services like Youtube and Spotify.

Coldplay’s Chris Martin shared a small clip of listening to The Astronaut after HYBE released the teaser video of the anticipated single. The singers grew closer after their collaboration on My Universe, which was the lead track of Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres.

Jin is all set to perform The Astronaut in Coldplay’s Buenos Aires concert for the first time on 28 and 29 October. The band also shared a tweet talking about how excited they are because Jin has arrived!
