JLo Gave A Stern Reply To The Reporter When Asked About Her Marriage With Ben Affleck
With the release of Atlas in just a few days, Jennifer Lopez is laser-focused on her work. She is traveling for the promotion of her new film. She posted a few pictures on Instagram from the promotion with the caption, “¡Viva Mexico! 🇲🇽 @NetflixLat @Netflix #Atlas in 3 Days.”
But even during the promotion of the movie, people are more curious to know about what is happening between her and Ben Affleck, her husband. One of the reporters went off the rack and started asking her personal questions during the promotion of the movie.
The unidentified reporter all of a sudden asked, “Is your divorce with Ben Affleck real? These rumors? What is the truth? Para le press le Mexicana [for the Mexican press], what is the truth of the situation?”
“You know better than that,” said Lopez
Her co-star, Simu Liu, tried to manage the situation and openly said that they were not going to discuss it on stage. However, Lopez leaned in and directly said, “You know better than that.”
To that, Liu added, “C’mon, don’t come in with that energy, please. Jen is a producer on this movie and the reason why I am here and why Sterling [K. Brown] was in this beautiful movie is because Jen cares. And Jen cares about things like representation and diversity, and she’s a boss.”
Even during this challenging time, when her marriage is at stake, she is being really professional. She is busy promoting her film and traveling for that. People are discussing their marriage, and there has been news that they are not in a good place.
They have been living apart for a while, in separate houses. Affleck was not there in the Los Angeles premiere of Atlas and not even in the Mexico premiere. He was spotted dining in an Italian restaurant in Santa Monica while JLo was promoting the film.
