Sophie Is Spending Quality Time With Their Daughters After Second Day Of Mediation
Sophie Turner took both her daughters for a walk in the streets of New York this Thursday after attending another day of mediation with Joe Joans. The actress took her daughters in a double stroller and was photographed while she passed the Big Apple with one of her daughter’s tiny feet peeking out of the stroller and the other one sitting in the top seat.
Turner took a phone call and spent the rest of her time with her daughters. She wore a grey T-shirt, along with matched loose slacks and a green jacket. She completed her look with a pair of sneakers.
She wore the same outfit for her second mediation meeting with Joe Jonas and their lawyers in the World Trade Center’s WilmerHale offices. The pair is trying to sort things out about their divorce and custody battles.
Jonas Also Came Out Disheartened After The First Mediation
They went for their first mediation on Wednesday, which took eight hours. She left the meeting with a serious look while wearing a casual T-shirt, a green sweater, and jeans. Jonas left two hours after Turner, looking dispirited while he got in his black SUV.
The mediation session is set in the hope for them to develop a parenting plan, which will continue for four days. Jonas filed for divorce in September after being married to Turner for four years. He said their marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
Turner mentioned in the court documents that the Sunshine State should dismiss the case as they no longer live there. She said she and her estranged husband decided to move to England before their split, but he has been staying abroad since.
Turner sued Joe for wrongfully retaining their daughter to stay in the US. Page Six obtained it from an insider: “Joe is committed to making it work with Sophie in mediation and doesn’t want to put up a fight — as long as they can come to a fair agreement on the kids.”
