Zendaya Is Nervous About Her Upcoming Movie “Challengers”: Her First Film In A Leading Role
It is just a matter of days now. Challengers are going to be out in a few days, and even though she is nervous about the release, she is excited as well. She released a few pictures and footage from behind the scenes and is happy that the people are also excited.
She wrote the caption, “A little bts dump in honor of @challengersmovie coming out in a couple days. This is my first time leading a film in this way so ya girls been nervous but everyones excitement and encouragement has meant the world to me.”
Zendaya added, “I’m so honored that I get to do this beside these incredibly talented, brilliant (and hilarious) people and on behalf of all of us, we hope you enjoy the film and again…try not to judge the characters too much lol but also #teamtashi.”
Nervous and Excited at the Same Time
Zendaya mesmerized her audience with her tennis-themed dresses throughout her tour and surprised the audience with her fairytale-like ball gown. The footage she shared shows how they enjoyed while filming the movie.
It also had footage of how she trained herself for the role. In this film, she plays the role of a tennis coach and also shows a love triangle between Zendaya, Mike Faist, and Josh O’Connor.
This is Zendaya’s first film in a leading role, and the nervousness is evident from her Instagram post. The clips she shared show her co-stars kissing a tennis racquet with the wig her character is seen wearing.
Even though she is nervous, she expresses her gratitude to the audience for the love and support they have shown towards her film. She also invited her fans to watch the film without any judgment.
