SRK Turns 56: Dubai’s Burj Khalifa Honours On Bollywood King’s Birthday

Today is King Khan’s birthday, and the entire world is commemorating it. He is the uncontested Badshah of Bollywood, and his dignified appearance throughout his son Aryan Khan’s involvement in the recent Mumbai drug raid has won millions of hearts. King Khan turns 56 today, and Burj Khalifa honors the star in this joyous occasion.

Burj Khalifa Commemorates SRK’s 56th Birthday

Dubai’s renowned tower Burj Khalifa is lit up with SRK’s name as a fitting tribute. The King of Bollywood was honored when the world’s tallest building displayed imagery from his many flicks to wish him a happy birthday. 

It is not the first time that Burj Khalifa has been illuminated to commemorate SRK’s birthday. Last year, the actor uploaded a photo of himself posing in front of the world’s tallest structure while the words “Happy Birthday Shah Rukh Khan” flashed over it. Likewise, Mannat, the superstar’s residence, was decked out in lights on the eve of his birthday.

On this joyous occasion, his Bandra residence, Mumbai, has been lit, and since his son Aryan is also back home, it seems like a fitting moment to celebrate SRK’s birthday. Every year thousands of fans gather in front of his house to wish the star a happy birthday. However, this year, King Khan has asked his fans not to gather in front of his home due to the pandemic.

SRK’s Reaction

Last year when Burj Khalifa made the same grand gesture on SRK’s birthday, he said that it was his birthday, and he was honored to be the guest of honor there. Shah Rukh Khan’s fans in Dubai were in for a real treat that year. We saw the spectacular fountain show in front of Burj Khalifa, which played a song from ‘Om Shanti Om’ on his birthday eve.

SRK is extremely happy that the Burj Khalifa has given him this great honor. He said thank you to them for bringing out the best in him. He also said that this was by far the tallest he had ever stood. He mentions that Dubai’s people’s kindness and love have made him unrivaled, and so he adores his fans there.

In terms of employment, Shah Rukh has been absent from the big screen for over a year. However, his most recent film Zero was released back in 2018. According to the sources, the actor recently assured his fans that he would make an official statement regarding his next project soon.

What We Think

We think that Dubai’s Burj Khalifa has uniquely honored the Bollywood Badshah on his birthday eve like last year. The way Shahrukh has appreciated their efforts makes him sound genuinely happy on this occasion. We are also glad that his son, Aryan Khan, got back from jail before this event because that gave SRK the absolute joy to celebrate this occasion.
