Daniel Radcliffe is revealing his preparation to sign up for the desired role of the highly anticipated ‘Weird Al’ Yankovic in the upcoming biopic ‘Weird: The AI Yankovic Story.’ The biopic is directed by Eric Appel himself and co-written by Yankovic.

Relating to this movie, the 32-year old Harry Potter actor shared his thoughts, saying, “‘Weird: The Al Yankovic Story’ takes audiences on a truly unbelievable journey through Yankovic’s life and career, from gifted child prodigy to the greatest musical legend of all time.” 

Radcliffe’s recent transformation has been unveiled; he was wearing the trademark Hawaiian shirt with curly brown hair and Mustache. It looks like Yankovic has already approved the portrayal since he posted the image of the Harry Potter lead star posing as him on social media.

Radcliffe is overwhelmed with the responsibility he’s getting and is willing to do anything it takes to place the role perfectly. “Wearing the Hawaiian shirt is a huge responsibility that I don’t take lightly,” the actor told People. 

On the contrary, Colin Davis, the Roku Head of Original Scripted Programming, said in the press release, “There clearly aren’t enough biopic movies about famous musicians and we were excited to shine a light on the incredibly true, unexaggerated story of Weird Al.” They further added, “This is sincerely the ultimate combination of talent, creativity and friends, coming together to make something genuinely funny and we could not be prouder to call this film a Roku Original.”

The highly predicted biopic is gearing up to be premiered on The Roku Channel. Viewers will get to enjoy every odd and end of Yankovic’s life.
