Money Heist: The Netflix Series Say Ciao To Its Fans

Money Heist’s fifth and final season launched on Netflix on Friday. Fans have been won over by the show’s conclusion and Alicia Sierra’s character twist. After presenting the second half of the fifth season of Money Heist on 3rd December, the show finally ended. The finale of the Spanish series, La Casa de Papel, has left its fans in tears all around the world.

Haven’t you yet watched the final part of Money Heist??? In that case, this article may not be the best option for you to read because some pretty exciting spoilers are coming.

When part 1 of season 5 ended, we saw our favorite robber Tokyo dying in the hands of Gandia, but being the impulsive, spoiled brat as Tokyo is, she did not go down alone. So, part 2 of Money Heist Season 5 picked up the series from that same spot. While some fans were expecting that Tokyo may stay alive, well, we are sorry to tell you that she didn’t.

But, you are wrong again for those of you who expected that Alicia Sierra would team up with Professor because he helped her deliver her baby. Instead, it looks like Sierra just didn’t want to let go of her idealistic nature, and she once again kidnapped Professor and tried to negotiate a deal with Colonel Tamayo.

However, Professor once again came to her rescue and finally convinced Alicia to team up with her. 

But, you may not have guessed that the professor finally revealed his identity and entered the Bank of Spain to be arrested with his whole gang following Tamayo’s orders. Yes!!! The gang did get caught, and if it hadn’t been for Alicia, they might not have made it alive out of that place.

Another exciting twist is when we saw Berlin’s son, Rafael, and his ex-wife Tatiana teaming up and stealing the Professor’s gold. So, that answers one of your many questions. From the start of season 5, we wondered why Berlin’s son is doing here, so there’s your answer.

The series ends with all the gang reuniting with each other and getting new passports to live their lives in a new country with an altogether new identity. 

Fans’ Emotional Reactions To The Series Finale

The final episode of Money Heist was titled ‘The Family Tradition .’ As the series ended with Coldplay’s Fix You Track, it indeed brought tears to our eyes.

Fans all over social media are congratulating the cast on this fantastic series. While some fans are tweeting on how the heist is now over, some commemorate their favorite character’s best performance from the show.

Most people are throwing their hearts to Professor and Berlin for their outstanding performance during the show, and it looks like we have to agree with them.

From being a Spanish TV show to becoming the worldwide famous Netflix sensation-Money Heist has had quite a memorable journey. The show has made a loyal fan base in different corners of the world, and as it ends, we are left in tears. The show that taught us the value of resistance, the spark of the red jumpsuit, the thrill of the Dali mask, and the pump of the famous song ‘Bella Ciao’ is finally over, and we wish the cast all the best for their future endeavors.
