It’s A Girl! Nicolas Cage And His Wife Riko Welcomed Their Baby Daughter
Actor Nicolas Cage and his wife Riko Shibata are now the proud parents of their first baby girl. The publicist of the pair shared this happy news with People magazine that the couple welcomed their first baby daughter together and named her August Francesca Coppola Cage.
The statement also read, “Nicolas and Riko are happy to announce the birth of their daughter. Mother and daughter are doing fine.”
The actor,58, has two sons from previous relationships, Weston, 31, and Kal-El, 16, who met his wife, Riko, 27, a few years before their marriage in Japan. Both of them got married in an intimate wedding ceremony in Vegas at the Wynn Hotel on 16th February 2021.
That particular date was picked by Nicolas Cage in honor of the birthday of his late father.
Beginning of this year, Cage told Access Hollywood about being “extremely excited” about being a father again. He said,” My boys are all grown up, and I miss going to the toy Store. I miss singing lullabies and rocking in the chair. I’m looking forward to getting back to that.”
Nicolas Cage is currently preparing for the role of Count Dracula for Universal Pictures’ Renfield. The movie is scheduled to release on 14th April 2023.
