Selena Gomez Presents Barefoot and Jokes About Botox at 2022 SAG Awards – Why?

Selena Gomez has set the Red Carpet on fire at the 2022 SAG Awards in a jaw-dropping black dress. What’s more astonishing is that she proved that she doesn’t require anybody to influence Gen-Z by going barefoot at the 2022 Screen Actors Guild Awards on February 27th.

Did Selena Gomez Really Go Barefoot At The 2022 SAG Awards?

Yes, what you read, it’s true. Selena Gomez presented herself Barefoot at the 2022 SAG Awards and joked about Botox. Gomez opted for a slicked-back bun, which she embellished with a black bow. This 29-year old singer also wore sharp-looking toe-patent pumps designed by Christian Louboutin that peeked barely through her long gown.   

“Last night was such a magical one. I couldn’t keep my heels on but I did manage to take a couple selfies,” mocked Selena. The black, long, stunning Oscar de la Ranta gown featured puffed-sleeve shoulders and a tiny cut-out near the bust. In addition, a sparkling choker necklace paired with glittering earrings gave her a startling look. 

The Only Murders In The Building Star took to Instagram on February 28th for poking fun at the fact that while she showed up in pointed, black toe pumps. She couldn’t simply hang onto her heels. The “Fetish” singer was spotted chatting with co-star Martin Short while she went show-less.  

Following this, one user commented on Instagram, “Seriously how you even real! Forget the heels you slayed it.” On the other hand, another fan added, “It’s her world and we’re just living in it.” 

What More?

The 71-year old funny actor with whom Gomez stepped barefoot onto the stage started cracking jokes. Short teased at one point, saying, “It’s hard for me to express my excitement because the Botox is fresh,” while the “Liar” singer responded playfully, “me too.”
