Taylor Swift Shared The Extended Version Of Eras Tour Film On Her Birthday
At the Eras Tour, the crowd went wild from the stands for Taylor Swift, and now they can do the same from the comfort of their home. Taylor Swift released an extended version of the concert film on her 34th birthday.
She posted the extended version of the concert film, The Eras Tour, on Instagram to honor her 34th birthday and thanked her fans for their support. This extended version of the movie features her performance of Lover’s “The Archer,” Speak Now’s “Long Live” and 1989’s “Wildest Dreams.”
Swift premiered a clip of “Long Live” performance on Today and posted it on her Instagram profile to celebrate the availability of the movie at home. She wrote, referring to the lyrics, “I had the time of my life fighting dragons with youuuu, Celebrate 34 with me by watching The Eras Tour (Extended Version) including ‘Long Live”The Archer’ and ‘Wildest Dreams’ at home!”
She made a comment about how the fans can make fun of her posting style on social media. She said, “PS troll me all you want about my excessive and literal millennial emoji use but A) no one’s prouder to be a millennial and B) it’s my bday and today I am exempt!🎂”
She also premiered a clip this week of “The Archer” from the movie, where she was seen on her Atelier Versace bodysuit while she sang, “Combat, I’m ready for combat / I say I don’t want that, but what if I do? / ‘Cause cruelty wins in the movies / I’ve got a hundred thrown-out speeches I almost said to you.” The cinematic version of her career-spanning tour is just over 2 hours and 45 minutes, which is cut short from 3 hours and 15 minutes. The extended version is 15 minutes longer.
