Zomato Issues Statement After Receiving Backlash For Ads Featuring Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif

If you know about Zomato, you will see that many people have thrown out the zomato valet. There has been a scam that people have seen already, and that is why, after receiving the backlash for ads, they make a statement. 

Zomato has changed some things in the delivery. Interestingly they have taken Bollywood stars Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif for advertisements. This time, Zomato has reacted to the negative reviews as well. There are people that treat the zomato delivery person like a servant that is never right. 

In the ad, the food delivery company zomato has shown. A delivery person reached home to deliver food, and when he clicked on the doorbell, he saw it was Hrithik Roshan. And after watching him, the delivery person was surprised. Hrithik Roshan, therefore, gets into the house to take his mobile for taking a selfie. 

But the zomato valet has someone else to deliver the food, and that is why he left. He had no time for taking a selfie with Hrithik Roshan as he had taken the responsibility to deliver the food at the proper time. This is the kind of message that Zomato is trying to spread among the people. 

After that, when Hrithik Roshan comes back, he notices the person has gone for another delivery. Then he delivers a speech like,

“Hrithik Roshan ho ya aap, apne liye har customer hai star (Because whether it’s you or Hrithik Roshan, every customer is a star for Zomato).” 

The fact of the ad looks very lovely as every customer matters to them. Even Zomato in the Twitter handle has said,

 “We released new TV ads (featuring Hrithik and Katrina) a week ago and have been receiving mixed feedback about them.”

It is a classified ad though it means a lot to everyone. The ad is showing the delivery person’s priority. This ad has taken the attention of everyone. Many of the people have said, really the ad means a lot as they are telling,

“Har customer hai star”
