Ariana Grande Has ‘no Tears Left to Cry’ While Enjoying a Girls’ Day Out With Cynthia Erivo, Amid Divorce News
Indulging in some retail therapy, Ariana Grande was seen with Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo soon after news broke of her impending divorce. The Daily Mail obtained some photos of the “thank you, next” singer where she seemed to be in high spirits while out shopping at Loewe in London on Tuesday.
Grande was spotted, as usual, without her ring. She donned a pair of baggy jeans and an oversized pink sweater with a pale pink purse to match. She accessorized her look with large round sunglasses and a white Wimbledon baseball hat to cover her platinum blonde hair. She may have picked up the hat over the weekend when attending the star-studded tennis match.
Erivo, 36, was spotted wearing an oversized dark denim and cheetah print sweater paired with a brown baseball hat and a tan Louis Vuitton bag. They left without shopping but did appear to be in a deep conversation before getting into the black SUV waiting for them outside.
The singer has been living in the UK since the end of last year to film the fantasy musical adaptation. Gomez, 27, in a bid to save the marriage, visited Grande while she was shooting. It “didn’t work out,” and the couple has continued to remain “really good friends throughout the entire process.”
Despite having ended things at the beginning of the year, Ariana stopped wearing her ring in public for the first time at Wimbledon. She was last seen wearing them at the Jeff Goldblum concert in London. Rumors were abuzz when her photos on Instagram were without her ring.
Grande will be heading back to the US on Wednesday now that filming for Wicked has wrapped up. Things can look and feel a lot different back home for Ariana, as her marriage with Dalton is headed for divorce.
Gomez, meanwhile, has been dating others for “months.” He struggled to adjust to Ariana’s post-pandemic professional commitments.
