Bethenny Frankel And Jill Zarin Reunite Since Their Feud In 2010
Bestfriends turned enemies, Bethenny Frankel and Jill Zarin have now decided to reconcile for SkinnyGirl founder’s “ReWives” podcast since their highly public on-screen fight in 2010.
Feeling left out after Frankel went on to develop her $100 million company, Zarin stayed away from her bestfriend, she explained.
“I wanted to have real make-up. I couldn’t tell the real truth, the real truth of why I was mad at you. The reason I was mad at you was because I was hurt. And maybe I didn’t express it, I didn’t share it,” she said continuing, “I was hurt that I was losing you and was being left out of everything.”
They also discussed together during their time on Bravo how the aspirations of the producers, especially Andy Cohen made way for their separation even further, as reported by Page Six.
She also speculated saying, “Had you done season four and not gone on your own, we would’ve made up.” To which Frankel agreed, adding, “We would’ve, but it would’ve gotten dirty, and it would’ve been for the show.”
Addressing one of their worst feuds, Frankel brought up the episode when she showed up with cameras at Jill’s husband, Bobby Zarin’s burial. Frankel said she thought Jill was okay with it and Cohen had convinced her to do it anyway.
“What you’re saying is that I ambushed a funeral for f–king reality television. That’s disgusting.” Frankel said, mortified.
This is the first time fans of the show have received a peek into the behind the scenes of their friendship since the squabble, the Frankel and Zarin reconciliation has come as a welcome surprise to all fans and enthusiasts of the show.
Hours before the podcast dropped, the best friends-turned-enemies-turned-best friends announced in a joint post about how excited they are for their get together on Instagram. The caption read, “Tonight, Jill and I reunite for the first time alone since 2010. 👀 🍎Stay tuned – the podcast episode drops later this evening (unfiltered and unedited)!”
