A spokesperson for Marvel has said about the injury,
“Letitia Wright sustained minor injuries today while filming a stunt for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. She is currently receiving care in a local hospital and is expected to be released soon,”
Because of that minor problem, the shooting schedule will not be hampered. Letitia Wright will get back with her character when she feels perfectly okay.
