Kylie Jenner Abruptly Deletes Pro-Israel Post, After Receiving Major Backlash Amidst Hamas Attack
Kylie Jenner got major backlash from the crowd after she made a post supporting Israel after the Hamas attack that left numerous people dead. On Sunday, she shared the post from @StandWithUs via Instagram from her pro-Israel account.
Over the image of the Israel flag, she wrote, “Now and always we stand with the people of Israel!” she captioned the post, “SHARE if you stand with the people of Israel as they face one of the most frightening situations in many years.”
However, 26-year-old Kylie Jenner deleted the post after she received a lot of hateful comments on her post, along with the image of the Palestine flag, and it also called people to unfollow her.
Even though she removed the post, the backlash continued on Instagram and X. One person commented, “Wtf @KylieJenner Everyone needs to unfollow #KylieJenner, please !!!! #Palestine.” Another read, “#KylieJenner has no idea what is going on between #Isreal and #Palestine. Right now, Celebrities should only condemn the war crimes which are happening from both sides.”
“It’s actually way worse that Kylie Jenner just deleted the Israel post. It shows a lack of knowledge and care, she just posted it to be talked about,” commented another person. In the meantime, others said that her comment would start a feud between her and Bella Hadid, a supporter of Palestine.
One critic mentioned, “Kylie Jenner supporting Israel when her friend Bella Hadid is Palestinian is crazy.” While another one stated, “Do these celebrities listen to each other when they talk? Like when Bella Hadid talks about Palestine and being Palestinian, does Kylie Jenner know what that means?”
Jenner made the post just after the Hamas militants launched the attack, killing hundreds of civilians. She has not yet addressed why she deleted the post.
