Malayalam Actress Priya Varrier To Become The Brand Ambassador For Cyber Crime Awareness
Actor Priya Varrier is all set to become the brand ambassador of the Cyber Crime Awareness Campaign. They are in partnership with Central Governments Skill India or the National Skills Development Mission of India. The announcement will take place on July 31st at an event.
Priya Prakash Varrier caught the country’s attention after her famous winking scene in the Telugu movie Oru Adaar Love after it went viral. The famous scene is the reason she became the most searched person in 2018 on Google in India.
The aim of the Cyber Crime Awareness Campaign is to spread awareness about the rise in cyber-criminal cases. This campaign, in partnership with Skill India, focuses on the importance of cyber security.

One of the most important mottos of the campaign is to make the youth aware of the necessity of cybersecurity and alert them against cyber threats.
As cyber Financial frauds and cyber attacks are becoming more and more prevalent in the country, the Central Government of India has reported more than 6 lakh cases of cyber security as of June 2022.
Priya Varrier has been chosen as the brand ambassador as she recently worked on a movie called Love Hackers. The movie deals with the idea of the dark web and other cyber crimes. Her popularity among the youth, as well as her movie, makes her an ideal face for the campaign.
