Suriya Wins Award At Melbourne Film Festival For His Excellent Performance In Soorai Pottru
Haven’t you heard about the latest breaking news? Suriya wins the Indian Film fare Award (IFFA) for the movie “Soorai Pottru”. For the fans of Suriya, it is the biggest news. He worked hard to make this movie successful. And his acting was perfect in the movie.
Suriya is a Tamil actor who is now on the top for his acting skills and also for his handsome look. In 2020, the film “Soorai Pottru” was published, and at that time, the audiences got very, very happy with the story and also with Suriya’s acting.

The female role has been played by Aparna Balamurali. She also played the part amazingly. But the hero’s character was mainly focused. Today through the Twitter handle, the Indian Film fare Award or IFFA announced Suriya as the best male character.
It was probably unexpected for Suriya as well, as he didn’t know about this announcement previously. The Australian minister Danny Pearson confabulated him for his grand success, and he also replied,

Along with Surya, Vidya Valan also got the film fare award for “Sherni.” Even Soorai Pottru also got an award as the best-featured film. The director of this film is Sudha Kongara, who is feeling blessed too. He says,
“I’m sure all the nominees have given their best. This film is very special, and this is the first award I’m getting for this film. Thanks to all the fans who have given us so much love. In my career, I felt bored with what I was doing after having worked for 20 years. So thanks to my director Sudha — this film was her 10 years dream — she worked four years on writing or his film. The character of Maara will not be anything without her. I couldn’t ask for more.”
Meanwhile, everyone keeps on sending congratulatory messages to Suriya. He is very happy about his achievement though we haven’t got his statement on this success. The fans are very impulsive about him, and they think, Suriya will keep on working like this the next time also.
