Britney Spears Had The Abortion At Home To Hide It From Her Family

“The Woman In Me,” the memoir by Britney Spears, is dropping bombshells. Before, she revealed that she was pregnant with Timberlake’s child back when they were dating, and now the book reveals how they hid it from their families before she had the abortion.

According to a report by PEOPLE, she did everything at home as it was “important that no one find out” about her pregnancy or even the abortion. Spears wrote, “It was important that no one find out about the pregnancy or the abortion, which meant doing everything at home.”

She added, “We didn’t even tell my family. The only person who knew besides Justin and me was Felicia [Culotta, Britney’s former assistant], who was always on hand to help me. I was told, ‘It might hurt a little bit, but you’ll be fine.’”

She further added, “On the appointed day, with only Felicia and Justin there, I took the little pills. Soon I started having excruciating cramps. I went into the bathroom and stayed there for hours, lying on the floor, sobbing and screaming.”

She said that Justin was the one who comforted her back then with music. She shared, “Justin came into the bathroom and lay on the floor with me. At some point, he thought maybe music would help, so he got his guitar, and he lay there with me strumming it.”

It was just a week ago when she revealed about her abortion. She wrote, “Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”

She mentioned how Justin cheated on her while they were still in the relationship. But Justin has not made any comment about it yet.
