Kim Zolciak And Kroy Biermann Ordered To Work out Issues By Their Divorce Judge
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have been going through a chaotic few months ever since they filed for divorce from each other in May 2023. Now the judge handling their divorce proceedings has ordered them to work out their unresolved issues. The estranged pair will have to attend a mediation session and reach a settlement by January 31.
According to the Judge, the former couple has “numerous unresolved issues,” but also believes that the alternative dispute resolution program can be beneficial for Kim and Kroy.
The last few months were quite rough for the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and the former NFL player. Cops were also called to their Georgia home multiple times to settle verbal domestic disputes between the pair.
Zolciak herself called 911 twice. She called the police the first time and alleged that Kroy had locked himself in the master bedroom and was not allowing her to retrieve her personal belongings. During the second phone call, she claimed that she did not feel safe in the house because Kroy had taken her two cell phones and refused to give them back.
However, the third call to the police was placed by one of Zolciak and Biermann’s kids about a month ago to settle an extremely loud argument between the former couple.
Aside from relationship issues, the couple is also facing a lot of financial and legal issues. Kim Zolciak’s bank has recently sued her because of outside credit card payments. Just a day before, Kroy Biermann was also sued by his own lawyer owing to unpaid legal fees.
Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak are being sued by other organizations, too, such as the IRS. The couple owes around 1.1 million USD to the IRS in unpaid taxes, interest, and penalty charges. Back in October, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were also ordered to pay 231,031 USD to Simmons Bank.
