Depp & Heard Take A New Turn: Doctor Says To The Actors To Treat Drug Addiction
Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have been going on the roller coaster for a long time now. Now, the trial is ongoing and taking plenty of turns. First, it was devoted to hearing from Dr. David Kipper’s video deposition. He was hired in 2014 to treat Depp for his opioid addiction.
Kipper suggested Depp detox in the Bahamas. However, Depp was not happy with that decision, but Kipper insisted he spends time on that island. After that, he was on board with the plan to get the treatment.
On 24th August 2014, Depp texted, “Forget to tell you had a hopefully very positive and free of ego squawk with Amber last night that went very well…. and then I shot a few negroes in a club on Sunset Boulevard.”
Kipper didn’t recall this specific test; it might have been an attempt to humor. He was also asked about other texts like the one that came from Debra Lloyd; his nurse said that Depp “punched a white board in the kitchen after a fight” In another instance, he kicked the door in a film set because he was agitated with the director.
Kipper also said there was no incident where he saw violence between Heard and Depp. However, in March 2015 in Australia, Depp said to Kipper that “Amber Heard is full of sh** as a Christmas goose.” He also called her malicious evil and vindictive c***” She is desperate to get fame and success.
He often reached out to Kippler in similar cases, where Kippler tried to make him understand. Finally, because he needed to be stable for the surgery, Depp promised that he would comply.
In June, Depp said, “He and his deformed finger have no friends. By the way Amber and I have been absolutely Perfect for three f****g months solid!! I have locked my monster child away in a cage within and it has f****g worked!!! We’re goddam best friends now.”
Kipper said there was a concern that he might be taking more Xanax than he should. The behavior may be changed after the conversation between Heard and Depp’s phone call. The court is adjourned for this weekend.
