Taylor Swift is currently on her Eras Tour and posted on social media recently about the details of her original track “1989,” which is going to re-release. the track is now called ‘1989’ (Taylor’s Version).
Her post caught the eye of Elon Musk, who asked the popstar to post a few clips from her concerts and songs “directly on X.” But his suggestion was not well received by the “Swifties,” who are a Taylor Swift fan community, and they thought that the suggestion he made was ridiculous.
The “Love Story” singer made a post that said, “It’s a new soundtrack, Here are the back covers and vault track titles for 1989 (my version) I can’t wait for this one to be out, seriously. Thank you for playing along, sleuthing, puzzling, and making these reveals so much chaotic fun (which is the best kind of fun, after all).”
To that, Elon Musk responded with, “I recommend posting some music or concert videos directly on the X platform.” But his post got him a lot of replies, but not specifically good. He got a lot of mocking replies from the fan followers of Taylor Swift. Many of them questioned why the pop star would need to post any part of her song or make a contribution to the platform’s new feature with her music.
One of the users said, “I’m sorry, but she’s not going to notice you,” while another one said, “With all due respect, Mr. Elon, sir, I think Miss Swift knows what she’s doing.” There was another comment that read, “You do realize Elon is trying to benefit from Taylor.. right? Taylor doesn’t need Twitter to make money.”Back in March this year, Elon Musk made a comment that Taylor Swift’s “limbic resonance skill is exceptional.” in response to that, another user wrote, “Taylor Swift rules and if you disagree you’ll be kicked off the internet I’m pretty sure.”
