Evan Ellingson, The Former Child Star, Passes Away At The Age Of 35
Evan Ellingson, the child star, was on track to get major fame, passed away. The former actor, who did not appear on screen or in front of the camera for more than a decade, passed away this Sunday at his San Bernardino County home.
According to the local coroner’s office, the former actor was found dead in his bedroom. Though the exact reasons behind the death are not yet known, officials are saying that there was no foul play in his death.
Michael, Evan’s father, gave some details to TMZ and said that he was found in a sober home. He informed TMZ that Evan had some problems with drug abuse in the past, but presently, he was doing a lot better, and this tragic incident came as a shock to the entire family.
Ellingson is probably the best cast opposite Cameron Diaz, where he played the role of her son in “My Sister’s Keeper” back in 2009.
He was also known for his recurring role on “CSI: Miami” as Kyle Harmon, where he appeared for 18 episodes over the span of three years.
He started acting back when he was just a teenager in showbiz, with a small guest appearance in the TV series ‘General Hospital.’ After that, he did various shows like “Mad TV,” “Titus,” “That Was Then,” “Complete Savages,” “Bones,” and many others.
He also acted in a few movies like, “Walk The Talk,” “The Bondage,” “Rules Of The Game,” “Confession,” “Letters from Iwo Jima,” “The Gristle,” “The Changer,” and some more. But recently, he did not appear in any show or movies after 2010. Even after that, he left a mark with his short-lived acting career. RIP champ.
