“Mind Your Business,” Britney Spears Barks At The Paps On New Will.i.am Collab

Will.i.am and Britney Spears dropped their brand-new collaboration called ‘Mind Your Business’ at midnight on Friday.
The lyrics of this electronic track have the Princess of Pop aiming at the paps as she speak-sings,
“They follow me, follow me, follow me / Follow, follow me / Uptown, downtown / Everywhere I turn around / Hollywood, London / Snap, snap is the sound.”
Later in the song, she threatens to just “send the dogs out” when the shutterbugs who have hounded the pop star infamously for decades simply failed to “get up out [her] face.”
Will.i.am (48) surprised his fans on Monday with an announcement on his socials about his upcoming collaboration with Spears (41).
The ‘…Baby One More Time’ singer and the Black Eyes Peas frontman have worked together previously on tunes including ‘Work Bitch’ in 2013, ‘Scream & Shout’ in 2012, and ‘Big Fat Ass’ in 2011.
This is Spear’s second musical release since her 13-year-old conservatorship ended in 2021. Last year, she teamed up for ‘Hold Me Closer’ with Elton John. ‘Hold Me Closer’ is a reimagined version of the legen— wait for it —dary Piano Man’s classic 1971 hit, ‘Tiny Dancer.’ This duet with Elton John became Spear’s first song to reach the top 10 on the very relevant Billboard Hot 100 in almost an entire decade.
The ‘Toxic’ singer also has an absolute bombshell memoir releasing soon.
Earlier this month, she announced that ‘The Woman In Me’ will drop at your nearest bookstores on 24th October.
In a statement, Simon & Schuster imprint Gallery Books said, “Written with remarkable candor and humor, Spears’ groundbreaking book illuminates the enduring power of music and love — and the importance of a woman telling her own story, on her own terms, at last.”
In February 2022, Page Six first broke the news that Spears had been roped into a $15 million deal to tell the true story, which author and journalist Sam Lansky will ghostwrite.
