Nicki Minaj Apologized For The Inconvenience Caused Because Of Her Arrest
Nicki Minaj posted a series of pictures on her Instagram profile, looking gorgeous as usual needless to say. There was a recent incident with the Amsterdam police, which postponed her C-Op Live concert.
However, she is making sure that her fans are not left disheartened for too long. So, she is scheduling the concert on a new date, which happens to be the 3rd of June. She updated her fans through social media and addressed the fact that her concert had to be canceled on the 25th of May.
3rd June is the New Date
They had to call off the show after the rap sensation was arrested on charges of possessing drugs in Amsterdam. She wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, “OK guys, I was JUST RE-ADVISED that we actually CAN NOT do any other date for the makeup #gagcityMANCHESTER date besides JUNE 3rd.”
She further added, “So JUNE 3rd is the new official date for all ticket holders who originally had tickets to the MAY 25th #Manchester show. I apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused. I really hope you can make the # JUNE 3rd show. It’ll be really special. Ticketmaster will contact you to advise officially.
She was released from custody on the 25th of May in the Netherlands after being arrested by the authorities in Amsterdam because of possessing drugs. She had to reschedule her concert in Manchester, which was a part of her Pink Friday 2 Tour.
Nicki Minaj did her scheduled concert in Birmingham on Sunday at the Resorts World Arena. She took a moment to honor the memory of the late Princess Diana. Even though she was just 14 when the princess passed away, she referred to her as a “dear friend.”
As the crowd was cheering for her, she requested them to observe a minute of silence for the late Princess, who nearly died 26 years ago, tragically.
