Travis Kelce’s Friends Talk About Their Romance: Believes They Are The Real Deal
Travis Kelce’s friends are gushing over his and Swift’s romance. An insider source told PEOPLE in an interview that “Travis’ friends think this is the real deal for him. They’re still a little shocked by all of it — that he’s dating the Taylor Swift, but they’ve seen how down to earth she is with his friends and family.”
The source also said that they look really good together, and both of them are “really hard workers” and respect each other’s careers. The source said, “he acknowledges her art is hers, and he has what’s his. He understands the territory their relationship comes with, and like he said, he isn’t letting any of the hoopla impact how they’re growing together.”
Last week Travis spoke about his relationship with the “Love Story” singer to the Wall Street Journal and told the outlet that he has “never dated anyone with that kind of aura abut them. I’ve never dealt with it.”
He further added, “But at the same time, I’m not running away from any of it…. The scrutiny she gets, how much she has a magnifying glass on her, every single day, paparazzi outside her house, outside every restaurant she goes to, after every flight she gets off, and she’s just living, enjoying life. When she acts like that, I better not be the one acting all strange.”
There is no doubt that the gorgeous couple has become the talk of the town, and they gave them a sneak peek into their love diaries when Swift ran back to her boyfriend backstage and shared a kiss. But she has been dealing with a lot as well after she heard about the death of her fan at her concert. But the insider said, “She is so grateful she’s had Travis. He’s been a huge support system for her right now. Her family has been there, but it’s different to have a boyfriend to lean on.”
