Jamie Foxx Denied The Sexual Assault Allegations Against Him, Said It “never Happened”
Jamie Foxx denied all the claims of him sexually assaulting the woman in Ctach NYC & Roof. The alleged incident happened back in August 2015, and the accused filed a lawsuit against Fixx this Wednesday. Foxx’s spokesperson told Page Six that “The alleged incident never happened” on Thursday.
The representative further mentioned, “In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter. The claims are no more viable today than they were then. We are confident they will be dismissed again.”
The spokesperson ended the statement with, “Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action.”
A woman apparently named Jane Joe filed the lawsuit and claimed that Foxx touched her inappropriately after she and her friend asked for a picture with him. She claimed that Foxx was intoxicated and held her by her waist and then put his hands under her top and rubbed against her breasts.
The woman further claimed that it became worse when Foxx put his hands inside her pants and then put his fingers on and inside her anus and vagina. She also claimed that there were other people who witnessed the incident, including some security guards, but did not come up to help her. That is why she has sued the restaurant as well.
Page Six is trying to get a response from the restaurant representatives but has not heard back from them yet. The woman mentioned in the lawsuit that she was in emotional distress and had to seek treatment because of the “sexual assault, abuse, assault and battery.”
Though the incident took place almost a year ago, she could file the case because New York’s Adult Survivors Act is still in place.
