Johnny Depp Tried To Reveal Nude Photos Of Ex-Wife Amber Heard As Evidence For Defamation
The Depp vs Heard Defamation case was over in June, and we thought it was time for them to move on. But though the trial was over, recently unsealed court documents revealed some shocking details that have been making headlines. Some pre-trial court documents that never made it to the trial are revealed.
According to a source in Entertainment Tonight, Depp tried to submit naked photos of Amber Heard as evidence. And Heard tried to claim Johnny Depp was on medication for Erectile Dysfunction.
Supposedly there were texts proving her claim, but they weren’t allowed to be presented in court. The reason was such a high-profile case was being broadcasted and lasted weeks for everyone to see the testimonies.
Heard’s team argued that Depp’s team was being inappropriate in trying to reveal certain “Irrelevant Personal Matters.” (1) Naked photos of Amber Heard, (2) The reality show of Heard and her sister Whitney, (3) Amber and Whitney’s former romantic relationships, and also (4) Amber’s past as an exotic dancer before meeting Depp and implications that she was an escort.
The court documents also revealed text threads between Depp and Marilyn Manson from 2016. The thread allegedly read,” Marilyn: I got an Amber 2.0” and “Lindsey just pulled an Amber on me…please delete.”
To this, Depp responded, “I been reading A LOT of material on that and sociopathic behavior…it is F**king real my brother!! My ex-c**t is goddamn TEXTBOOK!!” the documents are accessed by The Daily Beast.
These 6,000-page documents are revealed days after the court trial between Depp and Heard was over. Johnny Depp was awarded $10 million for damages to be paid by Heard.
But Heard recently allegedly filed for bankruptcy to avoid the payment as per the verdict.
