Tom Holland Believes That This Is The “Highlight Of His Career”
Tom Holland branded the West End return as one of the most important highlights of his career, while he praised his castmates from Romeo and Juliet. The Spider-Man actor stars as Romeo in Shakespeare’s romantic tragedy produced by Jamie Lloyd.
He is starring opposite Francesca Amewudah Rivers who is playing the role of Juliet. After the first official preview of the show, Tom Holland took it to his Insta handle and shared how excited he is to start the run at Duke of York’s Theatre.
He posted a picture with the case and wrote the caption, “Tonight was the start of something so special. I’m beyond proud of our cast and crew who have gone above and beyond in every way. I can’t wait for the rest of the run. Tonight was truly a highlight of my career and I’m so glad I get to share it with these incredible people. Love you all and see you tomorrow!”
Always Happy to Meet the Fans
He met his fans after he made his West End returns and blew kisses at them. He appeared on the exterior balcony of the theatre, followed the crowd, and had his friends with him as he clapped for the amazing crowd of fans who were waiting for them.
Afterward, he left the theatre in jeans and white trailers, which he paired with a grey hoodie and a leather satchel that he slung across the body. This is Tom Holland’s first major role after he made his debut in Billy Elliot: The Musical as a child actor.
He was seen with his ladylove Zendaya after the stageplay got canceled on May 12. He spent the whale after with Zendaya, his real-life Juliet.
