Britney Spears Steps Out For The First Time Since Release Of Her Bombshell Memoir

Since the release of her bombshell memoir, ‘The Woman in Me’ last month, Britney Spears has been keeping a low profile. But on Saturday afternoon, She was spotted out and about in public for the first time.

Dressed in a bright orange body-hugging dress with a thigh-high slit, boots, and shades, Spears looked confident and happy. Carrying her furry companion in one arm and a large white purse on her shoulder, Spears, 41, smiled at the camera as the paparazzi continued to take pictures of her.

From her looks, it was evident that she is quite pleased with the success of her memoir, “The Woman,” which came out last month. The memoir contains a lot of juicy revelations about her past relationships, especially about one of her exes Justin Timberlake.

One revelation in her book that got a lot of public and media attention was the one where the pop star disclosed that she had gotten an abortion because her then-boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, did not want to be a father.

True or not, her claims and stories are revelatory and have managed to win her a lot of much-needed sympathy and support from the public. Since the termination of her conservatorship, public interest in her has been slowly declining. But with her bombshell memoir, she has managed to bring the public back into her corner.

Britney is also getting a handsome cut from the total sales of her memoir. In the first week alone, over 1.1 million copies were sold. Britney was accompanied by her manager Cade Hudson on Saturday afternoon. The two were spotted having lunch at the Chateau Marmont.
