Clayton Echard’s Ex-Fling Is Pregnant With Twins, Demands He Takes A Paternity Test

An expectant mother is demanding that Clayton Echard take a paternity test as she believes that he is the father of her child. The podcast host who filed the paternity lawsuit “engaged in sexual actvity” with the “Bachelor” alum back on May 20. It was US Sun who obtained the lawsuit on Monday.

The woman is claiming that she is pregnant with twins, and her due date is in February. She has filed a motion for sealing the case, and the court has yet to grant that. She has also made a request outlining her parenting plans if Echard is actually found to be the father of her babies.

Page Six got hold of the documents, reviewed those, and took photos of the woman with her bulging belly. The woman claimed that she has not been involved with any other man since March 2022, and her pregnancy is because of the one-night stand that she had with Echard.

She claimed that before going to the emergency care facility, she took two home pregnancy tests which came out to be positive. After her reports came, she sent those to Echard, which has now been submitted to the court as well.

She said that Echard did not believe her and sent her “erratic, illogical and threatening messages. She has submitted the screenshot of those text messages to the court as well. Some of the comments read, “I don’t believe you for a second,” “You have lost your mind, and I hope YOU think about how terrible this is that you would subject me to this,” “I legitimately hate you right now,” and “My personal hell would be having to have you be a part of my life.”

“Get an abortion” – said Clayton Echard to the woman  

Another one of his messages read, “I would like for you to get an abortion (if you are pregnant with my child, which I still don’t believe, but it doesn’t really matter either way). If you do not, that’s your choice. Then, in that case, if it ends up being my child, I have decided that either you’ll take 100% custody of the child, or it will be put up for adoption. I will not be raising it in any capacity.”

The woman even claimed that Echard invited her to his apartment and asked her to urinate in front of him to take the pregnancy test, which he bought himself, and that also came back positive.

After taking the test, he believed the results but later accused her of taking fertility pills or some weight loss pills, which often alter the result of a pregnancy test. She mentioned in the lawsuit that she asked him to take a paternity test multiple times via email from a clinic he chooses. She even booked a clinic and paid for it, but then Echard refused to take the test, so she had to cancel at the last minute.

But now, it has been confirmed that Echard is taking the test in that same clinic, and his appointment has been set for 26th September, two days before they get to court to resolve the matter.

But Echard is telling something completely different. He said he was the one who wanted to take a paternity test several times and asked her to pay the bill in full. He believes there is no merit to this case, as they “never had sexual intercourse.” he told the Sun that he has plans to sue the woman for harassing him, as she obsessively wants to date him.
