Grace Jabbari Fled To A Birthday Bash After A Fight With Former Partner Jonathan Majors!
Grace Jabbari, the former girlfriend of Jonathan Majors, mentioned how she wanted to attend a birthday bash of a stranger instead of going back home to the flat she shared with him after he struck her allegedly inside a cab in the month of March.
On Tuesday, in an NYC courtroom, before a jury during sworn testimony, Jabbari did claim how she made an escape from a certain SUV, making them cross the Manhattan Bridge, looking for some refuge at a bar with strangers who came to help her after the physical altercation.
Jabbari told the jurors elaborating, “I didn’t want to be alone at that point. I was just trying to suppress the sadness. I felt sad so deeply in my heart. But I was also really grateful to these three people who had saved me.”
She said she purchased a champagne bottle for her three new friends as a ‘thank you,’ and she also danced with them. She also mentioned having a few tequila shots with them. Plus, she was icing her finger at the bar since she knew she would wake up the next morning with considerable pain.
Video footage of this alleged can incident was also shown in the courtroom, where Majors was seen stepping out of the car and pushing his former girlfriend back inside before she left the car and started chasing him across the street.
As per Jabbari, the fight took place after she came across a text from Cleopatra on Major’s phone in the cab. She claimed that when she tried to take his phone, she received “a heavy thud” as she tried taking it back, leading to her arm and finger being twisted.
She alleged, “He was trying to hurt me. Then I felt a hard blow across my head.”
But Priya Chaudhry, Majors’ attorney, contends that Jabbari’s injuries were sustained actually by the Creed actor, who was pretty scared of his girlfriend as he tried to escape while she tried chasing him across Manhattan streets.
This took place after Jabbari spoke about how she met Majors for the first time, how they started dating, and how he started showing his aggression to her.
So far, Jabbari shared a recording of Majors where he was screaming at her when she came back home tipsy one day. He claimed that he lost his temper after she brought back her former partner’s pooch. Meanwhile, Meagan Good, Majors’ current girlfriend, has been showing him full support, making sure that she stays by his side at court.
